Please be sure to understand our important Rental Policies:

  • Non-Refundable Application Fee: Please be prepared to pay the $40 non-refundable application fee at the end of your application.

  • No Pets Policy: Please note that pets are not allowed in this rental property.

  • Tenant & Landlord Responsibilities: Upon approval, the rental agreement will clearly outline the responsibilities of both the tenant and the landlord to ensure there is no confusion about maintenance, repairs, and other duties.

  • Occupancy Limits: For health and safety reasons, occupancy is limited to two persons per unit.

  • Rent Adjustments Based on Occupancy: Rent may be adjusted if there are changes in the number of tenants occupying the property. For example, if a tenant brings in a roommate, an increase in rent may be agreed upon as per the terms of the rental agreement.
